01Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of rovelsutilleza.com and to services provided by Rovel Sutilleza (“I”, “me” or “my”). By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
02Services
I provide website design and development, Local SEO, technical SEO, website maintenance, and GoHighLevel funnels and automation. Information on this website describes these services in general terms.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement. If there is any conflict between that document and these Terms, the project document takes precedence.
03Quotes, Scope & Changes
- Quotes are valid for [30 days] from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing and any required deposit has been paid.
- Requests outside the agreed scope, such as additional pages, features or revisions, will be quoted separately before work begins.
- Timelines depend on receiving content, access and feedback on time. Delays on the client side may move delivery dates.
04Fees & Payments
- Project fees, deposits and payment milestones are set out in each proposal. [Confirm: standard deposit, e.g. 50% upfront.]
- Invoices are payable within [7 days] unless otherwise agreed.
- Maintenance plans and other recurring services are billed [monthly in advance] and can be cancelled with [30 days’] written notice.
- If payment is late, I may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
- Fees do not include third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, Elementor Pro, GoHighLevel subscriptions, stock images or advertising spend, unless stated in the proposal.
05Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on track, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, branding and access to accounts when needed.
- Give timely feedback and approvals.
- Make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials you supply.
- Keep your own login details secure and inform me of any changes that affect the work.
06Intellectual Property
The content, design and code of rovelsutilleza.com belong to me and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design and written content. Third-party items, including themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software platforms, remain subject to their own licences.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I may display completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials, without sharing confidential information.
07Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Projects often rely on third-party services such as WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, Google services and GoHighLevel. I am not responsible for their availability, pricing, policy changes, outages or security incidents, although I will help where reasonably possible.
08SEO & Results
Search engine rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many factors outside my control, including competition, search engine algorithms and your market. I do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, traffic levels or business results. I do commit to carrying out agreed work professionally and reporting on it transparently.
09Website Maintenance & Security
Maintenance services are designed to reduce risk and keep websites running smoothly. They cannot guarantee that a website will never experience downtime, errors or security incidents. Backups are taken as described in your plan, and restoring from a backup may result in the loss of changes made after that backup.
Major repairs, malware clean-ups, redesigns and new development work are outside routine maintenance and are quoted separately.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. My total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project or, for recurring services, the fees paid in the [3 months] before the claim arose.
11Use of This Website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful information through its forms. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.
12Termination
Either party may end a project or recurring service in line with the notice terms in the relevant proposal or plan. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable. I may suspend services if these Terms are breached or invoices remain unpaid.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any disputes will first be discussed in good faith, and if they cannot be resolved, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Ras Al Khaimah, UAE]. 14Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not affect projects already agreed under a signed proposal unless both parties agree.
